I’m totally obsessed with activewear by eco-conscious designer, teeki.
I’ve been crushing hard on their leggings for the last few years and lovingly own two pairs (Northern Lights and Eagle Feather in pink).
Teeki clothing is made from fabric spun out of recycled plastic water bottles. It takes over 400 years for plastic bottles to fully biodegrade. By using sustainable or waste materials teeki is helping to keep plastic out of landfill and reduce the need to produce new raw materials. Every pound of teeki conserves an equivalent of half a gallon of petrol.
Designed for those who love to dance, stretch, hike and play; teeki has a range of designs to suit any mood. Step into their leggings and be transported into a fairytale: to run through an enchanted forest, emerge as a mermaid from the ocean or bless the earth and sky by riverside.

The super stretchy material acts like a second skin, moulding to your every move and creating limitless form. I like to throw on my teeki leggings to rock climb, practise yoga, dance, run, lounge in front of the TV, or for pretty much any activity in fact!
At £31.95 for a mermaid tank and as much as £62.95 for leggings, these little beauties will stretch your budget. For a girl who believes in sustainable fashion and buying quality over quantity, teeki will tick all the right boxes. I prefer to invest in a few teeki garments that I love to wear, rather than own a wardrobe full of second-rate clothing that barely get any use.
I must admit though, it’s pretty hard to limit yourself to a small teeki collection once you’ve tried the clothes! But hey, at least I’m helping to save the planet right?
